Photographs need to be clear and in focus for most life-like representation. The best images are taken at eye level with good lighting. The more photos, the better! If you cannot decide, I am happy to give suggestions. All backgrounds will be left white for black & white portraits and tan for coloured portraits.
Once payment is made, I begin the drawing, which can take anywhere from 1 to 14 days depending on the complexity and subjects. If you are happy to receive updates throughout the process then I am more than happy to provide them, in order to ensure you are happy with the process. If at any point there is something you do not like, please do not hesitate to let me know.
To secure a booking, I take a non-refundable deposit which is 50% of your drawing and it must be a bank transfer. No PayPal. However, if you live locally to me, I do also accept cash.
Once the drawing is complete and you are happy with the final result, the remaining payment is made.
Shipping cost depends on the size of the drawing and location. I will provide you with a tracking number once it has been scheduled for delivery. However, if you are local to Weston-super-Mare, England - you are welcome to drop by or I can hand deliver the portrait.
